A fully refundable, no risk $75 retainer is required to hold your appointment. This retainer will be returned to you after your ordering appointment, as long as all appointments are attended on time.
Completed orders will be shipped to the clients home.
Custom Order Agreement:
Everything you order with Townsley Painted Portraits is a custom order and cannot be sold to anyone else. For that reason you do have the ability to change/cancel an item. The fee for this service will be 50% of the full purchase price of the item to be changed. Discounts do not apply.
To make it even easier for you to order exactly what you would like, you have many payment options at your fingertips. Just pick the one that is right for you.
1. ALL - Pay the whole balance at the time of ordering
2. 50/50 - Pay 50% at the time of ordering and 50% one month later.
3. MONTHLY - Pay in even monthly increments over the next 3,6 or 12 months.
Please note that your invoice must be paid in full in order to deliver portraits. Townsley Painted Portraits reserves the right to revoke any payment options and requires payment in full before proceeding if needed.
We work really hard to show our clients the respect they deserve by staying on time for all appointments, therefore we will not be able to take in any clients that arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment. We will however happily reschedule at your earliest convince. A $75 rescheduling fee will apply.
Due to the custom nature of our products all orders must be placed in our state-of-the-art ordering room, with a live Townsley Painted Portraits agent. We will not receive orders over the phone, by email, or any other means different from above.
Ordering appointments must take place within 30 days of your photography session. Ordering appointments are unlimited, however, the 20% savings will only be applied to orders placed during the first ordering appointment.
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we process your order immediately upon payment. Be sure to order everything you would like, to maximize your discounts.
As a courtesy, reprints under normal conditions will be available for 30 days from the time your original order is complete.
A client has the right to reschedule any appointment without penalty as long as three days notice is given. Notice must given directly to a Townsley Painted Portraits agent. A phone message, email or any other form of contact other than speaking with a agent is not sufficient. Any appointments rescheduled without 72 hours notice will be subject to a $75 fee. Rescheduling due to weather or for any other reason is at the discretion of the photographer.
Our size guarantee protects you from ordering a final print that is too large. It only applies if you have no space to hang it in your home at the discretion of the photographer.
Any exchanges or refunds are for store credit only.
