About your View and Order Appointment

Thank you so much for allowing us to create your portraits.  It is always an honor to be part of this important part of your lives. 

Our studio uses the latest technology to display images for you to review and make your final selections. At your viewing/ordering session, you’ll be able to critically evaluate each pose, compare images and most importantly, view how images will look displayed on the walls of your home.

To see how the images will look in your home, we need your help. Don’t worry, it won’t take a lot of time, but it will help ensure that you will make the best decisions in selecting your images. We need you to take just a few images, using your mobile phone or digital camera, and send them to us. The process is really simple.
 

1) Using your mobile device, find the email we sent you, try searching "Send My Rooms" if you cannot find it email info@townsleyportraits.com and we will resend it. 
2) Click the “Play” button on the movie and watch the two-and-a-half minute video (you can also watch it here below).
3) Then click the “Get Started” button (on the email) it has your private link. 
4) Just follow the prompts to take and upload your images.
 

During your ordering session, you’ll be selecting and ordering your images. It is important that anyone that needs to be involved in the decision process, be at this appointment. If everyone can not make it,  just call us,  we can and will reschedule your session for a time you  can all come. If rescheduling is necessary it should not be done via email or text.  Having "all hands on deck"  is so crucial to the process that viewings will not be conducted without everyone present.

Also, we suggest that if you have small  children (under 10), please arrange childcare for this 60-90 minute ordering session.  It is NOT fun for small children to sit and wait, and I do not like to make them feel bored, you will find it very distracting as well.
